Best for clinic teams and front-desk staff who need a clear, organized way to manage patient records and appointment status.
To edit a visit date, open the patient’s profile from the Patient List and navigate to the scheduled event or appointment. From there, you can update the visit date and save the changes. This ensures your calendar, assigned forms, and visit preparation details stay aligned.
Yes. Updating a visit date does not remove previously assigned forms. The forms remain linked to the patient’s visit, allowing you to adjust scheduling without disrupting documentation or intake workflows.
Within the patient’s profile, you can change the patient’s status to inactive. This removes them from active workflows and scheduling views while preserving their historical records and documentation for compliance and reference.
Yes. Inactive patients can be reactivated at any time from their profile settings. Once reactivated, they return to the active Patient List and can resume scheduling, form assignments, and care planning activities.
The Patient List includes filtering options that allow you to sort patients by status, upcoming visits, or other criteria. These filters help practitioners and administrative teams quickly locate specific patient groups, streamline daily workflows, and prepare efficiently for upcoming appointments.
