You can add a new practitioner from the administrative or provider management section of the platform. Administrators typically enter the practitioner’s name, credentials, role, and contact details, then assign appropriate permissions. Once the profile is created, the practitioner can be granted access to patient records, care plans, and other relevant tools based on their role within the practice.
Staff members can be managed through the practice or team management area in the dashboard. From there, administrators can view the list of users, update roles, adjust permissions, or deactivate accounts when needed. This centralized management helps practices maintain proper access control and ensures each team member only sees the information relevant to their responsibilities.
Practice branding and contact information are usually updated in the practice settings section. Administrators can upload a new logo, modify the clinic name, and update the address or contact details. Once saved, the updated information appears across the platform, including documents, patient communications, and portal views where applicable.
Yes. Notification preferences can typically be adjusted within the user profile or system settings area. Practitioners and staff members can configure how they receive alerts for tasks such as patient updates, plan reviews, or internal messages. This allows each user to control how frequently they receive notifications and through which channels.
Billing and subscription details are generally available within the account or billing section of the administrative dashboard. Practice owners or authorized administrators can review subscription plans, invoices, and payment history, as well as update billing information when necessary. This section helps practices keep track of their account status and manage their subscription easily.
